Anand Dalvi leads a team of product managers responsible for eBay checkout and various product and platform initiatives associated with it. Prior to this role, Anand was Principal Architect in eBay’s architecture team for 3 years where he led high impact, high visibility initiatives in Online Payments, Checkout, Customer Service, Trust and Safety, Shipping and Loyalty domains. Prior to eBay, Anand held a variety of positions in engineering, product management, business development and partner relations with VeriSign, Network Solutions, NSF/InterNIC and Hughes Network Systems. Anand holds Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Mumbai, MBA from Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley; and did graduate work in Computer Science at Virginia Tech.

Kristina Klausen leads the Seller Platform and Efficiency Team at eBay Marketplaces. The team is responsible for selling flows and tools on eBay and is focused on helping sellers reduce the operating cost and effort associated with selling on eBay. Her team also manages eBay's relationships with Certified Providers. In her six years at eBay, Kristina's prior roles have included most recently leading the eBay Shipping Team and also working in Corporate Strategy and Business Analytics. Kristina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Rolf Skyberg is currently a Platform Product Manager and Evangelist at eBay Inc. While helping to identify and develop innovative methods for improving on and off-platform business and buyer experiences, his job titles have ranged from "Researcher" to "Disruptive Innovator". In this time, he has been a member of eBay Research Labs, filed several ecommerce patents, and driven a number of innovation project teams. Rolf has been a featured speaker at the Web 2.0 EXPO, OSCON, Emerce e.day, and IBM Research Labs. Rolf speaks on a number of topics centered on fueling and focusing corporate innovation, applying human needs to the development of online products and services, and creating a healthy relationship between the corporation and the consumer. His presentations are always rooted around some memorable story you probably don't know yet, whether it's the flourishing of bird species in a desert environment, the building of the first roller-coaster, or the petri dish we know as Web 2.0.

Marshall is a Senior Software Engineer at ChannelAdvisor Corporation, and has been an active member of the eBay and PayPal Development Communities since their inception. He has been a speaker at each of the five previous eBay Developer Conferences, covering topics of efficient change management, checkout design and integration, seller-facing optimizations, and PayPal Payment Review. As both an eBay and PayPal Certified Developer and active developer on both platforms since 1999, he has extensive experience with the various components of the eBay and PayPal functionality and APIs. Since starting at ChannelAdvisor in 1999, he has focused on eBay systems and development. He worked in the ChannelAdvisor Germany offices in 2007 and opened the ChannelAdvisor Ireland office in 2008 before returning to the headquarters office in Morrisville, NC in late 2008.

He has worked with a diverse portfolio of merchants, from national retailers to insurance companies and airlines, on integrating PayPal as a form of payment. Currently, Harry is a member of the professional services team helping PayPal partners innovate with the PayPal X platform and enable payments on mobile devices.
